Cancellation Policy

Please read it carefully and fully before signing. Professional Boundaries & Ethics Sophie Robinson ("Human Design Reader") is not responsible for decisions or predicting the future. She is a guide who helps you towards self-understanding and self-worth. You are ultimately responsible for your own life, and Sophie will empower you in this knowing. WHAT HUMAN DESIGN IS & ISN'T Human Design is a tool — much like a blueprint or DNA sequencing — for self-exploration, awareness, and understanding. It is not a tool for predicting the future. Your reading may touch on personal and professional subjects, but should never replace the advice of a solicitor, doctor, accountant, or financial adviser. CONFIDENTIALITY All information shared during your session will be kept in strict confidence, unless disclosure is required by law — specifically: (1) intent to harm self or others, (2) information regarding child abuse, or (3) a court order requiring the release of information. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within this window will result in loss of the session fee. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within one week. NO-SHOW POLICY If you do not join within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled session, it will be marked as a no-show and the cancellation policy will apply, resulting in loss of your session fee. REFUSAL OF SERVICE Sophie reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion, including for health, safety, or conduct-related reasons such as disruptive or harmful behaviour. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that: • You voluntarily engage Sophie Robinson to provide a Human Design session. • Readings are based on a thorough analysis of your chart using your birth data, and represent a perspective or opinion. • All information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. • Sessions do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice, and are not a replacement for professional counselling.
